We are Rare.

Established in 2024, The Rare Creatives is composed of partner architects, Ar. Regina Chan and Ar. Rachelle Co. With a keen eye for design and a strong passion for architecture, The Rare Creatives is dedicated to minimalist and environmentally sustainable architecture that conveys a lasting emotional connection with each client.

Principal Architect

Ar. Regina Isabella Chan, UAP

After earning her architecture degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2016, Regina embarked on an apprenticeship journey with GF & Partners and WTA Architecture Design. There, she specialized in high-end mixed-use developments, retail design, and interior fit-outs.

Following this enriching stint, Regina transitioned to Nazareno Architecture and Design, where she redirected her focus toward high-end residential architecture.

In addition to her architectural endeavors, Regina's talent extends to the realm of writing. Her notable works have graced the pages of distinguished publications such as Shelter Magazine (2017) and BluPrint (2023).

Principal Architect

Ar. Rachelle Lin Co, UAP

A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas (2016), Rachelle is a versatile professional, being both a freelance architect and photographer. She has previous working experience with design firms such as WTA Architecture and Design Studio and Asuncion Berenguer Inc, where she acquired her expertise in interior fit-outs, hotel and commercial design, and mixed-use developments.

Moreover, Rachelle's photography has garnered acclaim both locally and internationally. Her product photography was recently showcased online by Creatively Squared (2023), while her architectural photography has won the Anthology architectural photo contest (2017).
