In this phase, the initial concept design will be presented to the client.

Design Development
Once the initial concept is approved, the designers will begin to work on a more detailed presentation.

Contract Documents
Upon client approval of the design development presentation, the designers will begin with preparing the construction drawings and technical specifications.

Bidding/Negotiation
Designers will prepare the bid documents and assist the owner on in determining potential contractors for the project.

Construction Supervision
Designers will conduct periodic site visits to ensure that the quality of work follows the contract documents.
